In the blog post series ‘Talking Style’ I’m interviewing fellow bloggers about their style. And I ask them for tips of fun unknown shops, and how to find your own style! This time, I’m talking style with Anita from Fashion Attacks! So, time to get to know her and her style a little better!
1. How would you describe your style?
My style is actually not that special or unique. Sounds a bit strange, but I’m not someone who dresses outrageously. I just try to combine everything a bit differently, such that it looks more special!
2. What can visitors expect when they land on your blog?
A lot of outfits in my own style, and posts which I personally really like.
3. What’s on top of your wishlist?
Even though they’ve already been around for a few years, I’m still dreaming of Isabel Marant shoes; the Bobby’s!
4. What’s your favorite go-to outfit?
A cosy and warm sweater or cardigan, with black high waisted skinny jeans, and my Dr. Martens.
5. Who’s your biggest (fashion) inspiration or example?
I’m a big fan of Anna Nooshin and Yara Michels. Their clothing styles are usually so pretty. I get a lot of inspiration from looking on their Instagram accounts.
6. Which item in your closet is your absolute favorite?
I received really pretty fluffy jacket the other day, and that’s my absolute favorit enow. Unfortunately, it’s losing the fluff a little, so I don’t wan to wear it too much. Now it’s just haging on my clothing rack being pretty. Secretly not that bad either!
7. Any smaller or unknown brands we need to know about?
Storm & Marie! My favorite brand; it’s Scandinavian and it suits perfectly with my personal style.
8. What is your favorite trend at the moment?
It took me a bit of getting used to, but now I’m a big fan of flared jeans.
9. And last, but not least, any tips for people who are currently figuring out their own style?
Wear what you like. And finding your own style takes time. Every once and a while, I still buy something which actually doesn’t suit me. A waste, because then it just ends up hanging in my closet. Secretly, I still find it hard to determine my own style.
