Last weekend, I went to the International Collectors Fair in Utrecht, together with my boyfriend and my mom. This fair is known as the biggest vintage and vinyl record fair in Europe. I visited the fair for the first time during the last edition in November. At that time I thought the fair was only about vinyl records. Turned out it was a vintage walhalla too! I loved it! So, this time we went a little earlier such that we had time to stroll past both the vintage stands and the record fair.
In this post, I’m showing you a ton of photos that I made of my favorite stands and vintage treasures. Did you ever visit this fair? The next edition will be on the 22nd and 23rd of November.
And then… we bumped into vintage hat heaven. As you might know, I’m a fool for fabulous vintage hats. I wear them to special occasions and Caro Emerald concerts. This stand was everything! I tried on almost every hat. I fell in love with the green, yellow and blue hats, but unfortunately those were all not ‘my shape’. I took home two hats from this stand, which I will be showing you in a later post!
Besides vintage, there was a lot of other stuff. Out of all of that, I particularly liked the tin retro advertising posters, the jukeboxes and grammophone players. One day, I want to have a jukebox in a 50s diner style kitchen and a grammophone player in the living room!
And last, but not least, a shot of the record fair! We scored a whole bunch of new records, including some from our wishlist!
What do you think of the International Collectors Fair? I know I will definitely be there again next time, when I have the time! The next edition is on the 22nd and 23rd of November 2014.
